‘Share the Dream’ – The Longines Brand World

Based on the motto ‘Share the Dream’, the 21. Commmonwealth Games took place from April 4 to 15 2018 in the wonderful city of Gold Coast. The international sports event celebrated over 4000 athletes of 71 member states and around 300 attending para athletes.

The traditional Swiss watch manufacturer Longines had been official timekeeper of the event and established the Longines Records Club in a cubic event location from Losberger De Boer at the beachside.

There was no sign of tears, sweat and exhausted athletes at Longines Records Club on the seaside promenade. Instead, the happy winners, celebrity guests and visitors of the Commonwealth Games celebrated the athletic successes. The event hall was used as showroom, dinner location and lounge, for various events around the Commonwealth Games. Therefore, the interior design created by the agency ‘La Cellula’ was especially classy and fancy. Longines required the highest standards in quality and design, which were delivered by Losberger De Boer.

The vertical glass elements allowed the interior space to be flooded with light and granted a stunning panoramic view to the sea. Working closely together, the result was a space solution that skillfully reflected the image and products of Longines brand world and fitted perfectly into the maritime beach ambience.
