Client goal

Inspired by Belton’s extravagant Victorian garden parties held by the Brownlow family, Belton House required a restaurant space and kitchen during the Stables restoration.

Client requirements

A temporary restaurant and modular kitchen to accommodate 60 covers throughout the year to ensure the trade from the main cafe was not lost or interupted, particularly during the school holidays, whilst the refurbishment takes place.
