Place in the organisation
- Within the commercial department you will report to the Commercial Manager. 

Responsibilities: 
- Practical use of the existing network of the event sector in Spain.

- Generating new business is top priority.

- Developing account plans using the sales plan provided by the management.

- Selling of projects complying with the above mentioned plans and the goals of the company, e.g. revenue, value added, customer relation, utilization grade.

- Advice potential customers with their needs.

- Offering solutions to the client is more important than selling a product.

- Translate this into a proposal that fits the needs of the clients.

- Coordination and responsibility of the project complying with the agreement between the client and De Boer, e.g. determination of profitability before and during the quotation process.

- Close collaboration with the Project Management Department.

- Project evaluation and after sales.

- Managing and amplifying the assigned accounts and projects in a later stadium.

- Monthly reports of your activities and implementation and monitoring of the outcoming feedback.

Requirements
- Commercial background.
- Logistics and technical knowledge. Used to construction terms.
- Be able to think in 3 dimensions.
- Creative concept seller.
- Flexible to adapt to different situations.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills 
- Capable of working independently with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Fluency in English and Spanish. 
- Availability to travel from time to time.
