De Boer is sailing in successful waters after completing a contract to supply temporary accommodation to the Little Britain Challenge Cup.

Temporary structures
The company is providing more than 3,000 square metres of temporary structures for the 2007 yachting regatta at Cowes on the Isle of Wight in September.

Partnership with organisers
De Boer Sales Manager Kate Hunter says: “This is wonderful news and reflects our growing partnership with the organisers. The event’s always great fun and working right beside the shore means our team has been guaranteed some of the most stunning views in Britain!”

Entertainment and dining complex
At Cowes a team of 11 personnel has constructed a large entertainment and dining complex with office space for the event organisers and walkways between areas. The four-day event is the largest corporate yachting regatta in the world. It’s also the biggest gathering of leading figures from the construction and property industry. Over the years Little Britain has donated more than £750,000 to sailing charities helping disadvantaged or disabled people experience sailing.

Nothing too much trouble
Little Britain Cup Event Manager Mary Scott-Jackson says: “This is the third year we’ve worked with De Boer. The staff are absolutely superb and a pleasure to work with. Nothing is ever too much trouble.”

Jumbo structure
The 2007 Little Britain Challenge Cup is being held between 6th and 9th September. De Boer is providing a Jumbo structure, Alu Hall and number of smaller structures.
